All are supplied in cylinders, except for Nitrogen and Oxygen which are also available in bulk supply.

Inert, simple asphyxiants:

Hydrogen
Toxic:
Ammonia
Boron Trichloride
Boron Trifluoride
Hydrogen Bromide
Hydrogen Chloride
Nitrogen Trifluoride
Toxic, flammable:
Dichlorosilane
Germane
Silane
Toxic, corrosive:
Chlorine

All gas cylinders must be secured with a cylinder strap.
All toxic gases must be stored in a gas cabinet.
All spare gas cylinders are to be stored 39-140. No gases should be delivered to any place other than the gas storage room, 39-140.
