Comments: research staff, MIT undergraduate, here a long time.
Perhaps good for those with somewhat eclectic interests.

Statement:

I'm here for you to talk with as needed, and can try to help you think about and define your educational goals and plan how to meet them.
I won't have all the answers, but I will help you try to find what you are looking for.

My own interests lean toward software, math, and systems of all kinds. I've been a UROP, undergraduate, and graduate thesis supervisor.
I'm currently in the Microsystems Technology Laboratories (MTL) and work on computer aided design.

I hope you will make time for some non-academic activities as well while you are here. In that regard, I can also advise on hiking and skiing in New England, for example.

The best way to reach me is internet mail.
