Hi Class,

A student has found an error in Problem Set #11. In problem 1(i), the
values p_{up} and p_{down} are wrong.  They should be:

p_{up} = 0.5 + 4.3664 x 10^{-6}

p_{down} = 0.5 - 1.455 x 10^{-6}


Sorry for the confusion.  If these numbers don't work please let me know.
